    Hello,

    I’m not able to download Pro plugin from my account? my subscription is still active and its showing only free plugin to download? also when i’m trying to update Pro plugin from one of my website its showing:

    There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 3.0.25 details or update now.

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    And to fix the issue with the update, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math PRO account.
