Do note that we don’t have any control over how images in the SERP results are displayed and search engines display them as per their will and it mostly depends on the keyword search term and the website authority.
You can try to add relevant ALT text to the featured image and chances are search engines will refer to it.

Hi,
All the relevant alt text has been added to the images and the image schema and structured data is properly optimized.
But still, the images are not populating in SERP under the domain URL on related keywords. The images do populate under the images tab.
Would humbly request you to help me optimize the images in this regard

Since the Images are indexed in the Image tab, then Google has already recognized your images, it just happened that they didn’t include them on the main SERP for a particular keyword.
You need to ensure that the preferred keyword is mentioned in your image’s alt or title. Not only that, your content should have been optimized properly to describe the image further.
