    Hello, I am trying to change the keywords of my home page but when I save the page the previous ones are still there and it is not possible to update

    It seems to be working fine on our end.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Can you please check if you have any firewall that may be blocking our API route preventing you to save the changes? You may refer to our guide here: https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-data-not-saving/

    We would like to further check the issue, however, the login information you shared doesn’t seem to work.

    Hello,

    It looks like your server is blocking the updateMeta endpoint which we use to update the SEO data. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to whitelist following endpoints:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/whitelist-rank-math-in-wordfence/#num-2-add-allowlisted-urls

    That should fix the issue.

    Hello,

    Can you please tell us the changes you made? Did you ask your hosting team to whitelist the endpoints I mentioned in my previous reply? From what I see, the upateMeta endpoint is still getting blocked by the server and it shows a 403 error.
