bulk deleting a taxonomy pages

    Hello,

    I have over 800 ‘tag’ taxonomy pages on my website for a custom post type.

    Very few of them are ranking on google

    I want to delete every tag link other than those that are ranking on google

    1. How do I find those’tag’ links that are ranking on a search engine?
    2. After bulk deleting those URLs, what do I need to do to remove them from the Google index?
    3. Do I need to redirect those links?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    1). You will need to install Google analytics tracking on your site to be able to get some precise data about your web traffic.

    2). It is not recommended to delete links that have already been indexed. It would be a better call to make use of the redirection option in Rank Math to redirect these tag pages to other pages.
    You can also set these to noindex to remove them from the Google cache.
