Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I’ve checked the sitemap of your site and indeed your sitemap was showing blank (white) page.
This issue is possibly occurring because, on your database entries there are some Unicode characters that are preventing the sitemap from correctly load.
Please access your WordPress database and check in the options table. You’ll notice entries like blogname with Unicode characters instead of the correct Spanish characters in there.
By fixing those entries, the sitemap should start working fine.
We could also perform these checks. But for that, we would need cPanel/phpMyAdmin access to handle the situation.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
Thanks, indeed there was Unicode in the Blogname. Corrected the table, what should I do next?
Looks like the sitemap xml still is blank
Hello,
Your sitemap is working perfectly fine now, as you can see in the screenshot below. Please try clearing your browser cache and try reloading your sitemap again. You may also try your browser’s incognito mode to see if you can see your sitemap working.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
