I do not have a receipt from FastSpring.com. I do have Rank Math Pro. I’m not sure why this website is not being associated with that account. I log into my WordPress admin account to use Rank Math. When I try to login to Rank Math using that same WordPress admin account, it does not work. But if I login using another WordPress account that has no connection to the website, it brings me here.
Obviously the rank math pro account needs to be associated with the correct wordpress account. Not sure how to do that. When I access the Rank Math dashboard inside of WordPress there is NO reference to any account name, etc that I can give you to sort it out.
I did resolve the redirect problem with a DNS entry, but this account issue with Rank Math needs to be resolved.

Can you tell me where I could find this information from within WordPress? I have Rank Math Business clearly displayed when I login to my WordPress Account for Spagnola Law Firm which is this Triadlaw.com website. One would think that this information for Rank Math would be available/traceable via the WordPress admin site. I would screen shot the pictures, but your interface doesn’t seem to allow that.
I think the account is set up under user name [moved to sensitive data section]. That is the information given when I signed up in March of 2022.

Could you please confirm if someone had set up the Rank Math on your site like a developer?
This can happen if he/they installed the Rank Math PRO plugin on your site and connected it to their paid Rank Math account.
