We were charged tax on our subscription but are a 501(c)(3) and are tax exempt. You can verify our Tax Exemption with the State of Texas at: https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/exempt/verification-letter.php?tp_id=32081821418

Please refund tax and apply non-profit status to our account so we are not charged sales tax in the future.
