    Hello

    Last night I purchased the Rank Math Pro and my log in information did not arrive.

    I received a couple of emails after purchase but not the one from your how to video.

    My email from the purchase is [moved to sensitive data section]

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We can confirm that the PRO subscription has been added to that account.

    After signing up with Rank Math, you should be able to receive an email containing your username and password. You may check your spam folders if you still have not received that email.

    You can request a password reset link by going to https://rankmath.com/my-account/, and click on forgot password.

    On the next page, enter the registered email and click on reset password.

    You will receive the password reset link in your email.
