We have posts and pages only on the website but couldn’t identify where are those 154 url located.
If change URL of those main pages, then issue can be resolved?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with the “page with redirect” message in Google Search Console.
You can safely ignore the message as it refers to pages that were previously indexed but are now redirecting to new URLs, so only the destination URL is being indexed. For example, https://lanecreatore.com/ redirects to https://www.lanecreatore.com/ (redirect from non-WWW to WWW version). Only the WWW version is indexed.
The URLs will drop from the report in a few weeks to a few months.
