  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked the affected URL, and it seems that there’s no pagination happening on the blog page.

If you’ll notice, https://benimar.imkclientes.es/blog/ and https://benimar.imkclientes.es/blog/page/3/ show the exact same content, and there is no navigation for viewing previous/next pages.

We recommend getting in touch with your theme provider about this situation and getting clarification as to why the pagination pages are accessible with that URL with the same content.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello Reinelle,

My apologies, my colleague disabled pagination.

Because I am interested in solving this issue, I have created a new page with the paginated entries.

I share with you the url: https://bit.ly/3imo4Pu

Thanks for your prompt reply and your help.

Sorry again, I don’t know why the shortened Bitly link is giving an error.

I’ll give you another one: https://cutt.ly/Q1EJoIW

    Hello,

Please try switching to a different theme and see if this resolves the issue. You may try to install a WordPress default theme (for example: Twenty-Twenty One) just to test it.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
