Rankmath keeps reverting to Free version after activation of Pro licence

    Dear Support,

    We have a frustrating issue where Rankmath reverts back to the Free license after activation of the Pro license. Things we tried;

    1- Disconnected the license
    2- Downloaded and installed the plugin again
    3- Activated the license with the account detail

    Can you please advice how we can have the Pro license constantly activated as it should.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    It seems like you purchased the plan with some other email address as I noticed in your profile, you are still using the Free plan.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?
