    Hi Rank Math,

    I am having an issue with my site and one of my plugin vendors thinks it is your code. See image:

    I have copy-pasted their exact text in the sensitive section of your ticketing system.

    Problem #1: The core problem I am having is that I have “ghost” WP core categories that remain after implementing Jet Engine taxonomies. All of the WP Core Categories have been removed, but 6 of the original ones remain:

    –> Could this be related to the run time error Jet Engine found in your code?

    Problem #2: Another issue I have been debugging is my WP admin bar content has been pushed out of the black bar and into my header when I am logged in as Admin and viewing my external pages:

    –> You place content in this WP admin bar, so maybe this is related to you too?

    Please advise how best to resolve the run time error visible in the screenprint above and if your functionality could have caused these other 2 issues.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    1.I have used the health check plugin on your site and non of the issues described seem to be associated to Rank Math. However, I have been able to delete the categories by heading over to WordPress Dashboard> Posts > Categories and Searching each category then deleting it manually. You can do this on your main site and see if it solves your issue.

    2. The issue with your bar content being pushed out of the black bar and into the header is being caused by your hello theme. Please get in touch with them on this.
