Why these two features disappeared in the Google search result?

Hi, we installed Rank Math plugin on one website last year.

1. Recently when we search keyword of our products, we can see structure snippet of some pages (for example About, Blogs and Bestseller) under the homepage from the search results.

The SEO score of these pages is about 58/100 so we are trying to make some improvement. After adding one product keyword to the key phrase for each page of them, the SEO score become 63/100. Then we search the product keyword on Google again, the structure snippet of those pages under the homepage disappeared.

Should we wait for some time and the the structure snippet of those pages will resume? Or we should delete the newly-added key phrase from those pages and roll them back to the previous state?

2. Earlier this month we noticed that some product pictures can be displayed between the site title and the tagline. This is very important for our website to catch the attention of potential customers. Do you call this feature as rich structure snippet or product picture schema?

We mistakenly deleted one user from our WordPress website. Few days later we found most pictures from our website disappeared.

Fortunately we had a backup of this Woocommerce website two months ago, so we restore the backup and all pictures come back.

Could you please kindly let us know how we can bring back the picture display feature on the Google search engine? Thank you.
