Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with FAQ schema not being added to your pages.
I checked the affected pages and could not find anything that might affect how FAQ schema is displayed on them. On one of the pages, please try deleting the FAQ block, then manually readding it. You can then test the page to check if FAQ schema is being applied.
If the above does not work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I checked your website and found that each FAQ blog has only one question. You need to add multiple questions to each FAQ block for them to work consistently. Screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/v/OsJjLE
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.
Hi Nigel,
I did see your screen recording but I don’t think that’s the case. For example in the page https://maeexperiente.com/melhor-carrinho-de-bebe-para-viagem-de-aviao/ it doesn’t have 2 FAQ questions in the same block and the FAQ schema it is still woking on rich text results.
We have tried modifying one page https://maeexperiente.com/melhor-fralda-barata-e-boa/ with 2 FAQ questions on the same block and still didn’t work.
Could you please take anotehr look at the problem and let us know how we supposed to fix it.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’ve checked the FAQ block on the affected page, and it seems that you have added the FAQ block inside a container.
Please note that the FAQ Block needs to be added as an FAQ Block on the editor in order for Rank Math to detect the insertion and also add the necessary Schema to the page’s header.
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again using Google’s Rich Results test tool.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hey Reinelle,
Actually makes a lot of sense what you just said. In fact, the page that the FAQ Schema is working it’s the Rank Math FAQ block is outside of the container.
I just updated the pages:
https://maeexperiente.com/melhor-fralda-barata-e-boa/
https://maeexperiente.com/melhor-chupeta-para-recem-nascido/
Both of them have Rank Math FAQ Blocks outside of the main container.
When I checked for rich results, no good luck showing FAQ. I also found wierd because the “tested page” screenshot shows the old page (for example we had the black banner and we don’t have it anymore)
Here are the screenshots for reference: https://imgur.com/a/3l9oD3k
Hoping to get a solution for this, as we have plenty more pages to add FAQ schema.
Hello,
I’ve checked the page, but it seems that the FAQ Blocks are still inside a container. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.
Also, once you have fixed the issue, clear the page cache and check using the rich results test tool.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hey Guys,
I’ve checked my CMS and the changes were made but they are not propagating live. So I came in contact with generate press on their fourm.
Link: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/page-not-updating-faq-schema-problem
Hoping to see what they say.
Hello,
Your site is heavily cached and that’s why the changes are not reflected in the front end. If you add a parameter at the end of the URL and check, the FAQ Schema is detected by the Rich Results Test: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=QfvrU_wHVg_8ONwtmFruXw
Please clear your server’s cache and it should work fine.
Let us know if you need any other assistance.
