I previously purchased Rank Math Pro plugin and it came with 25 credits.
Now I didnt renew the membership. I just bought the AI credits for $19.
So now I should receive 75 credits. I didnt use 34 credits anywhere.
I just used 2 credits. That too I bought them yesterday.

You used the credits before seeking a refund; thus, the number of credits was negative.
After purchasing the new package, firstly, the older overusage was adjusted, and then the remaining are available for use.

Let me be clear about my status.
I purchased Rank Math Pro last year. So I got 25 credits. I used all of them.
Recently around 25th Nov, the subscription got automatically renewed.
So I applied for Refund and got back the refund. But I didn’t use those NEW or renewed credits.
Now, I bought the $19 package and got only around 52 credits.
Hope I’m clear about my status. Reinstate my full credits, as I’ve not used on renewal.
