This might be happening because your rich snippet is set up to be shown below the content.
Please head over to the post/page in question and then go to the Rich Snippets tab of Rank Math.
You will see this option:

Choose the “Custom (Shortcode)” option and then don’t paste the shortcode anywhere. That will prevent your rich snippets from showing up on the frontend. By the way, showing the rich snippet on the frontend is completely optional and doesn’t affect your rich search results.
