Since the recent update RankMath seems to be causing my server CPU to spike to 100% and my website goes very slow or crashes.

Can you please try installing the plugin Query Monitor to the affected website, look for queries related to our plugin and share us a screenshot if you find any? This will help us to determine what’s exactly slowing down your website.
You can also get in touch with your hosting provider, ask for usage logs, and find out which specific requests are responsible for the high CPU utilization.

I have installed Query Monitor but I do not know how to use it?
I have been in touch with Cloudways helpdesk before posting this and they told me RankMath was causing the CPU spike as we tested it before and after deactivating it.
