What can I do to prove I purchased it so you can connect it to [moved to sensitive data section]?
Can you try to resend the receipt to either of those [moved to sensitive data section] or [moved to sensitive data section] emails so I can get my receipt to show it to you?

I’ve just tried to log in with [moved to sensitive data section] and both didn’t have accounts so it made them for me, implying I’ve never used them before.
So I’m really confused as to what account purchased it because in the purchase flow it never asked me for any account information…

Could you please confirm if you have purchased using a card? If so, please share the last 4 digits of your card and the first and last name you have used so we can find your purchase.
If you have used PayPal to purchase, please add the email address you used to purchase instead.
You can add them to the sensitive data section
