In this case, please try to use and customize this filter on your site:

        if(pll_current_language() == 'en') {
            $crumbs[0][0] = 'Home';
        }

	$home_link = pll_home_url(pll_current_language());
        $crumbs[0][1] = $home_link;

return $crumbs;
}, 10, 2);

The filter should be added to your active theme’s functions.php file. Here’s another way to apply the filter using the rankmath.php file:
