I checked the page source, the Schema is not added by Rank Math.
Please check if you are using any other plugin to add the Schema.
All the Schema from our plugin goes inside a script tag with the class rank-math-schema. Please ensure that the Schema module is enabled in the Rank Math dashboard.
The curios thing is that only this article have this problem. Other articles presents 2 schema: 1 for recipe (WPRM plugin) and 1 for blogPosting (Rank Math).
I knew how to set rankmath in single article, but checked again and seems all ok to me.

Here’s row 28 (up to 39) of source code of wrong article (cacio e pepe); seems Rank Math code. Or isn’t?
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Have verified… Rank Math is in source code (check page: inspect with Chrome). Is in Database in Phpmyadmin. And seems all is good.

But Google seems not to see code so don’t appear in validator coding. 🙁
I checked the affected page and indeed there are no traces of Rank Math schema here. I also noticed that the robots meta is not properly set. Since you have already done initial troubleshooting, we would like to investigate this further over your admin dashboard.
