Paid for pro but doesn’t appear in my subscription

    Hello,
    I have paid for the pro version with my PayPal about, muy PayPal has been charged and I could download the invoice for the payment but it doesn’t appear on my subscriptions nor I can download the plugin.
    Would appreciate your help
