This error is usually caused when you’re updating the PRO plugin but it is not yet connected to your Rank Math account.
You have opened this ticket with a Free Rank Math account.
Can you please share the email you used to purchase the PRO subscription?
To fix the issue, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Once done, update the plugin to its latest version.
