0 Discovered URL and sitemap read empty

I have submitted Sitemap generated by RankMath but its showing 0 Discovered URL and sitemap read empty, Since I updated this non of my post is getting indexed First I was using sitemap generated from xml sitemap and everything was fine But now its frustrating that my posts are not getting indexed , what should I do ?
