When Capitalize Titles is enabled,
&is transformed into &Amp; and it causes issues in titles, for example “Kitchen & Bathroom” becomes “Kitchen &Amp; Bathroom” in the rendered page.

We can’t seem to replicate this on our end as you can see in my screenshot below:
I can also confirm that it is showing the correct title on the actual frontend of the page.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
