Unable to Update Rank Math Pro Plugin

    Hi – I had to roll back some plugins due to an issue on my website. It is now fixed but in trying to update Rank Math Pro, I’m receiving this error. Can you let me know what I need to do to get it updated?

    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
