You can also import the data into your site when running Rank Math by preparing a CSV file with the following fields meta keys to store the SEO data:
– rank_math_focus_keyword
– rank_math_robots
– rank_math_snippet_desc
– rank_math_primary_category
– rank_math_internal_links_processed
– rank_math_rich_snippet
– rank_math_title
and several other fields depending on the schema type that is selected for the post. I can suggest that you create a test post and then check the postmeta table of your database for all the entries created.
You are going to launch two plugins for news website and video website. By when will you launch those two plugins?

We don’t recommend running two SEO plugins on the same site but you can disable any feature in Rank Math via the Dashboard and then activate a third party plugin such as the News sitemap plugin.

As Michael commented, we don’t recommend running two SEO plugins on the same site but you can disable any feature in Rank Math via the Dashboard and then activate a third-party plugin.
It may or may not cause conflict since it is not something we test but you can try and it could work.

If you are not going to use Rank Math sitemaps, you should disable that module. Since you said you want to use their sitemaps + the other plugin news sitemap; you don’t need to disable anything.
Just remember to add to the Google Search Console the Rank Math sitemap (sitemap_index.xml) and the one from the news sitemap.
