Using product schema is the safest choice for your case.
Reviews cannot be added to the default Rank Math Service schema. You can extend the schema with the filter code snippet in the following article: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#extend-json-ld-data. You will need to customize the snippet to specify the review schema.
Rank Math PRO allows you to visually create custom schema templates where you can have Service schema with reviews.
