Hi,
a friend of mine has the problem that since some days the Rank math checklist is not shown anymore.
We tried to remove and reinstall the addon, we compared all the settings with a working version and we used a previous version of the plugin.
Nothing helped. The checklist remained not to be seen.We also tried to exclude other plugins with this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
According to this “the WordPress configuration is the root of the problem”. But while this explanation sounds simple, it does not help to solve the problem.
No changes were made to the site – in the sense of adding new plugins. The only thing that was updated were the plugins. WordPress is at version 5.3.2Any help appreciated. best regards,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

1. You are using an outdated version of WP. Please update to the latest version.
2. The troubleshooting mode doesn’t work on your website so I am not sure how you check for conflicts:

You will need to manually check which plugin is causing this conflict. Disable them all, and enable one by one until you find the problematic plugin.
