The Discovered URLs 0 that you see in Google Search Console just means that the URLs in the sitemap were already found by Googlebot by other means, instead of via the sitemap. For example, Googlebot may have found the URLs from internal links or possibly from links on another site.

You shouldn’t be bothered on that issue as your site URLs are being indexed perfectly. Sitemap is just one of the way to tell Google to crawl and index them on SERPs. If Googlebot is finding your site URLs already in other ways and crawling, indexing them, then Google won’t need to crawl or index them again. At the end of the day, Google is indexing your site either by your submitted sitemaps or by any other ways just as mentioned above.
