    We don’t see a transaction in our system with the email you have shared, so it might still be pending on PayPal.

    Could you please check the transaction details and see the transaction status mentioned at the very top:

    If that says anything other than complete, then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.
