In order to fix this issue, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:
If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

sorry, but the credit count is not correct in my Account. I also only got a confirmation email from Paypal about the purchase and not from RankMath.

It seems like you purchased the credits with some other email address as the credits are not applied to your account.
Can you please share the PayPal email address in the sensitive data section so we can find it in our system?

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?

Hello, I have not received a receipt from Fastspring. PayPal confirmation only. I have now opened a ticket with PayPal and will get the money back from PayPal. Anyways thanks for your help. Greetings from Germany.
