I bought 75 credits but the Content AI settings says I have 0?

    I can see that the Content AI Credits are correctly added to your current account.

    In order to fix this issue, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.


    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    It seems that you have resent your previous message.

    The Content AI credits are applied to this account. Also, the email address you have shared is not registered in our system.

    I see the credits in the account now but I am afraid after disconnecting and reconnecting i still do not see any credit in the backend…

    Can you please try clearing the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients to see if you can discover the credits on your site?

    Well removing transients did not help.

    If I disconnect the account and refresh the (help) page the account still is connected, I CANNOT DISCONNECT.
    So could this be a CDN service or cache?

    Ok but before that one other question, if I uninstall Rankmath will I loose all information if I reinstall it fresh?
