Checking the page source of that URL, it seems the canonical tag has been configured correctly. However, I noticed that the other affected URL doesn’t have a trailing slash at the end (/).
You need to ensure that the URL will redirect to a version where it has a trailing slash and it should match the URL found in your canonical tag.

Hi. You mean the 2nd url comes from another page in the website? I don’t get it.
Also where do you see the other URL without the trailing slash? I cannot?
Never mind. I found it. It was an anchor link in the same page.
