Discount offer not working

Hi,

I have received an email to an account using a different email address offering renewal for my Business subscription and would like to take advantage of this as have been a user early on.

However this link doesn’t seem to work on the account I’m due to renew, so I’d like to know how I can get this offer with this account, if this is not possible I’d like to close this account and renew from now on using the other account.

Please advise on whether this is possible and how I can achieve this please?
