Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
Meanwhile, the website HTTP status would be the one you have setup from your “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” on your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General

Please ensure that you have both of them with the same HTTP protocol.
