Bought a license but I cannot download from my account?

Could you please confirm if you have paid via PayPal? If so, it might still be pending on PayPal.

Please check the transaction details and see the transaction status mentioned at the very top:

If that says anything other than complete, then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.
