Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

In this case, please get in touch with their developer and inform them about the issue, as it is possible that they already have a fix available for that.
Ok, they have put this workaround in place until they find a fix for the issue. Just thought I would drop this here in case someone else has issues while using The Plus Addon for Elementor Plugin. Thanks, Scott
