Redirect + Schema + AMP

    Hi,
    A few questions if you may:

    1) I get tens of thousands 404 errors in rank math 404 monitor as well as in google search console with no clue of the source as the source of the 404s does not contain a domain source, such as:
    blaydbx271428nbyf/c21-wi.html
    nqmdbby102492zbusta/-3250a.html
    etc.
    Do you have any idea or a lead on how to solve this problem?

    2) Do I need to turn on the AMP module in the dashboard if I don’t have the AMP Plugin?

    3) Any advice on which schema would be most suitable for the data in pages as in the following link:
    https://www.footballcolleges.com/college-search/university-of-miami/

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    1. Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor.

    That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.

    2. No, since you don’t have any AMP plugin on your website, there’s no need to turn on the AMP. If you do intend to have an AMP feature on your website. You need to install a supported AMP first and then the AMP module in our plugin should be automatically be activated.

    3. You may refer to this type of schema here: https://schema.org/CollegeOrUniversity

    However, that schema is not available in our pre-made schema list so you would need to create it using our advanced schema builder tool which is only available for PRO users.

    You can go ahead and add “article” as your schema type.
