Rank Math FAQ issue with auto collapsing

    Dear RankMath support,

    Today, I found an interesting bug on the Rank Math FAQ plugin that we are using on our website. As soon as someone clicks on a question, it collapses automatically, which is obviously not working as intended. I tried to look into the JS-code, but with my limited knowledge, it’s really frustrating to debug it myself.

    On the bottom of this article is an example: https://wanderzauber.de/gaskocher-mini-test/

    I have tried modifying the rmac.js file, but since I could not fix it on my own, I did not make any changes.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please note that we don’t have a script in our plugin that adds or controls the accordion feature of the FAQ block/items.

    Can you please check for possible plugin/theme conflicts that may have caused this issue? To determine that, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Note that only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Thank you for the fast reply. We have removed the script to collapse the faq-snippet and we are content with the result. Thank you for your support. As it is now, we consider it as a resolved problem.
