Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Also, I already tried to flush WP Rocket’s cache before and no results. Once, I just updated sitemap settings and it worked but it doesn’t seems anymore.

Oh, it might be updating but scheduled posts are not in order of “Last Mod”, strangely.

This is happening because your website is multilingual and instead of grouping by the latest modified date we group them by their language variations and then those groups are sorted by the modified date.
This is not an issue in terms of SEO.
