Update of Rank Math Pro does not work

    Hi Rankmath,
    I just updated the plugin Rank Math Pro but do get an error message

    May you let me know what is wrong?
    I am also missing the additional credits (I think it should be 20) from the Promo when buying the Pro version.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address. To fix the issue, please reconnect your website to your paid Rank Math account before updating the plugin.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
