We currently only offer Paypal as a payment option as mentioned in the email. The same was also displayed when you first submitted your PayPal email address on the Affiliate form.
Being a legal entity, we can not create new accounts for sending out the payments.
As soon as you can set up a PayPal account, please let us know.
