    As mentioned before, we cannot see any payment on your account for the PRO subscription and if we cannot verify the purchase we do not provide support for the PRO plugin.

    The plugin needs to be connected to a valid PRO subscription to be able to update automatically so if you don’t have that the error will continue to appear and the update will fail.

    No, we are saying that we cannot verify your purchase and as such the connection cannot be done and the update fails.

    If you have purchased the plugin from our website, which is the only place you can purchase a valid license, you should have a receipt from FastSpring or a confirmation email from us that the subscription was updated.

    Please share any of that with us so we can verify the purchase and check on which email it’s getting added.
