Errror with Pro account

    Hi, I have purchase the Pro account with my email 1
    But it is not in my account:

    But when I go to my other account under email 2 it is there as a pro account.

    In addition, I have updated the plugin as the video instructs and it did not ask to log it and still is showing free account instead of pro account. With the error

    Please advise

    even after login into my pro account it keep in telling me that I have a free account

    Hello,

    To make this work you need to first remove the destination folder that is mentioned in the sensitive data section.

    Then, you can install the PRO plugin on top of the Free plugin using this tutorial: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/

    The last step is to connect the website to the account where the PRO plugin is added which is email #2 in the sensitive data section.
