1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

The URL
/?xsl=main
should be rewritten to/main-sitemap.xsl
(the rewrite pattern looks like this:'/([a-z]+)?-?sitemap\.xsl$/' => '?xsl=$1'
).We would like to add that the only purpose of the XSL file is to make the sitemap “human-readable” so in terms of SEO it doesn’t make a difference. Google will still see the sitemap correctly, even without the XSL. And, if you send in the correct
/sitemap-index.xml
to Google in Search Console, then the/sitemap.xml
redirection isn’t important either.
In other words, these issues will not hurt your SEO.Hope this helps clarify your doubts.

I found you sitemap cached while checking the settings, I’ve excluded your sitemap from being cached and your sitemap is now up to date, you can verify checking the page source of your sitemap.
And to load sitemap visually, please try redirecting from
/?xsl=main
to/main-sitemap.xsl
as my colleague mentioned above in order to fix thestylesheet error
