Purchased Credits But Did Not Receive Them

    Hello, I have your plugin installed on my domain thecoav.com, and I got down to 1 credit with my free account. I purchased 50 more credits for $19 using the link provided in the editor, and received email confirmation, but in my editor where I go to use the credits with the Content AI tool, they have not populated.

    My content AI tool shows a blurred out results page and won’t let me click into it.

    Please help.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.

    Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:
    refresh
