I’ve checked your sitemap, and it is opening fine.
For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugin.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only. Then, give Google some time to recrawl your site.

After submitting the sitemap, you need to wait for Google to crawl the inner sitemaps.
You can also try submitting the sub-sitemaps directly and see if that helps.

Your sitemap has been processed successfully as stated in the Google Search Console report. Please wait for a few days so Google can recrawl the sub sitemaps before they start displaying in GSC.

I would like to add up one thing here where my domain was working like charm in alltechskills.net recently i changed to http://www.alltechskills.net.
my site was hacked alltechskills.net due to that i delete all my backup and i created new one.
as u shared above i tried each and every method to work for me.
No process is working fine at my side.

Please note that the crawling of the sitemap depends on the crawl budget and authority of the website. The sitemap is already working fine. I’ll suggest you wait for a few more days and let Google crawl the sitemap.
You can also try to submit the sub-sitemaps(post, page) and see if that helps.

Yes, that should be fine.
Just ensure that your sitemap is completely excluded from the caching so Google can always see the updated content of your sitemap.
