Hi, I just registered with rankmath for a free account (for now), and was told I’d be sent my login details, but I haven’t received any yet.
I registered through a private window in the Brave browser. That’s Chromium based, but automatically blocks a lot of tracking/privacy-risk requests. Could that be the reason?
I tried ‘forgot password’ but that resulted in an error telling me to contact support. Probably because I was logged in when I did (still in that private Brave window). Or because email address not confirmed yet by logging in with the credentials I should have received?
As I was logged in through the registration process, I tried changing my password, but that – obviously – wants my current password… Whoops, no luck there
Hope you can help, because I don’t want to keep that private window open indefinitely…
