I have just moved my WP website from a local IP number (Computer) to a domain name hosted environment, I am unable to link the domain name to my account in Rankmath in the listed websites. I deleted the IP address that was there when I set up the account on my localk computer but now I have moved the site can you please advise how I do this. Thank you, Chris

@chunghicofficial could you please let us know the error that is reported when you try to activate your account via Rank Math > Dashboard > Help page?
@chrisreid please navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and activate your account on this page. This will then add the activation on the list of active websites.

Hi Michael, RankMaths has been activated in the Dashboard>Help and Activate but it is not showing on my active list.

Should I deactivate and reactivate the license or do something else?

Hi Chris,
As long as it is showing activated in your WP dashboard, it is okay.
You can try and disconnect it and connect it again if you wish to see the website listed in your Rank Math dashboard.
