You need to add the breadcrumbs on the page following the steps here: https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/
After that, the name that is currently missing from the Breadcrumbs Schema should get added to the breadcrumbs correctly.

Since your theme has already added the support for our breadcrumbs, the option is already enabled and you can add the breadcrumbs from the customizer settings of your theme. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer and you should see an option to add breadcrumbs to your site.
Once done, clear the cache of your site and check again.
